Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by Airgent Health:
- Right to access: request a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and the processing activities applied to it.
- Right to correction and erasure: request that we correct inaccurate data or erase data we no longer need.
- Right to grievance redressal: raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer (see below) and receive a response within statutory timelines.
- Right to nominate: nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death.
Right to be forgotten
Erasure requests are processed via our internal data-erasure workflow, which propagates deletion across our databases, audio storage, observability traces, and backups. Per ADR-007, we return confirmation within 7 days. Final copy pending legal review.
